This sounds like a great program, but I was wondering if the music it finds is legal for me to use and download? I would not want to download something that would break copy right laws.

I'm wondering, too--I really don't want either to break the law or to have my business interrupted because I might have downloaded music illegally or violated a copyright. 

*I am not an attorney,* but until they answer, here's my personal take.  The company does address this in a full page on their web site:

As I read their suggestions, we are OK if we don't get content from illegal sites, use things only personally, and don't share. 

They also have a mechanism for users to report and have the company eliminate references to illegal sites.

Again, I'm not an attorney and have only read these very complex laws briefly, but it does seem that we're all right--again if we don't get content from illegal sites, use the content only personally, and don't share it.
