Do Le Vu Wishlist:
1. Can see the estimated file size before begin conversion, and it will change immediately when choose another conversion option.
2. Remember default video folder to open, and default source folder after restart the computer
3. Can customize shortcut to plus or minus the selected time (start and finish) to be converted

Dave Doiron I had a problem on my end downloading the file. I tried again and got this message:

You can download the software by clicking "Get It For Free" button when the promotion is active.

I have tried clicking on the button, but it takes me to the screen where I provided my information and says I already purchased it. Can you please find a way so i can download a copy?

K Sek I downloaded, installed and activated but the DVD ripper Platinum that came along with the package was outdated, hence I upgraded to the latest and not it wont take my registration key, says its invalid, can you fix it?

K Sek Like I said I did register but then your software asked me to update it. I did without knowing that it will reset my registration. Could you tell me a way to go back to old version that I registered the first time or do something to fix it

Every time I try to download. I can NOT because there have been "too many downloads from this link". And without the download, I surely can NOT register it before DEC. 18, 2012 as you said in your message.

I fail to understand why there is some apparrent mystical limit to these downloads. If you're going to offer something to the public, please ensure that it is something the public can download!!!

This is frustrating waaaay beyond what it needs to be.
