The license is permanent: the software does not stop to work after one year.

Loyal User Downloaded, installed, entered license with no issues.
- The software interface doesn't make any sense to me. Extremely poor choice of interface
- The program should start with the actual e-mail program, not the set of options (Personal, eMails,Options & tools, ..., License, ..., etc.).
These options and tools should appear when we call them from within the email program. We don't use options, License entry, and settings of programs every time a program is run.
- I don't see the templates other than one Birthday template, and one Festivals template with a picture that has Chinese writing on it, which is an indication of the program's origin. Extremely poor template selection.
- This software, in my humble opinion as electrical and computer engineer with many years of experience, is far from being a commercial software, let alone the hefty regular price tag.
- I would only consider it to be at the public Beta stage.
Thank you for the offer though, and I hope future versions will be much improved.

Based on the above, I have uninstalled the program, but no hard feelings for the wasted time.

_*_ I am having trouble getting the license key to work. I copy and paste into the registration pop-up but it tells me to "Please input the correct license key".

I have no idea what to do since it is the key sent to me.

Also, is there going to be a lifetime upgrade version offered here on Bits?

1. Please check the license key in your email, note that the - symbol has not been replaced to others by your email system.
Please use English keyboard to input - again, just a minus sign on the number keyboard.

2. Today, we only offer 1 year upgrades license.

_*_ @Qiulin, I located the issue and the program is now registered. It was a program called WinPrivacy Plus. It had Auto Mail Sender Birthday Edition in the blocked program list.

Jon User Are there any keywords sent in the header that can be used by recipients to filter automated emails sent from this software? Even for free, I cannot understand who would want to send, let alone receive, an automated birthday greeting? It just seems way too impersonal to me.

For a company: 1. use it to send birthday greetings to its employees. Consider a company has 50,000 employees. 2. send to business partners.

For an individual: yes, it maybe impersonal, but also consider the management cost, if you have 500 contacts, it may occupy most of your desktop calendar. Even more, its just a tool, a way to send the greeting to your friends, at least, you remember them. Just like most users use email to replace mail, now.
