LU Question about the upgrade policy. Your statement hear says all upgrades will be free for the lifetime of the software.
"Upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for the lifetime of the product."

I have been in lifetime upgrade plans where the company comes back and later says we cannot honor that any longer. Are there any guarantees you won't do that?

Also, if you come out with a pro version or elite, or some other type, will this purchase be upgraded to that since you do not have those options today?

I'm very interested in this software. I have really become pissed at Adobe for wanting to charge so freaking much for really simple PDF capabilities. Yes, now, I can do everything that I want, but I have to use multiple pieces of software -- one splits, one combines, one edits, etc. But, I'd like to have it all under one umbrella.

So, I'd be very tempted to buy your software, but I don't like how there is no refund if someone doesn't like it. I read the FINE PRINT and it says "No Refunds". But, on your website, it says that you can get a refund if you don't like it.

Well, trust me -- I'm not going to pirate your software. Because I am DYING to support someone who kicks Adobe Acrobat's pricing in the butt. However, I don't want to spend money and then get a crap product.

So, how does the refund policy work for BitsDuJour purchasers?

Very often the lack of access to a version history or a change log informs that a program is a bit outdated or it's an "Abandoned ware". All serious developers offers a dated history of developments, plus a blog and FAQs to the users.
Your presence on all the free sites poses a problem, because the prices and the versions are not consistent. It's hard not to ask questions about the durability of the product. There are plenty of competitors.
