Mr Dave How do you search for notes? If I have 100 of them, are they all on the screen at once, can I filter them by tags or date or text found within the notes or titles? My favorite note app was called Tornado Notes, back in the DOS days before Windows made everything more difficult. I could type anything into a note -- no fields to fill in. To search, I simply typed text. All the notes with that text popped up, and as I typed more text, the pile got smaller until there were only a few to manually check out. Quick, fool-proof, simple, intuitive.

Good day Jon. You can find any note or specific information within a note using the Quick Search field located on the dashboard.

The search results will display the relevant note in a list and highlight the matching text within the note. This is especially helpful when searching through notes that contain a large amount of text or data. Please let us know if this answers your question or if you require any further assistance. Donald User If I have a hard drive crash or buy a new laptop, and I had the product activated on the old laptop, does the "one activation" mean I can't use it on the newer laptop?

Desktop Notes The archive can only be accessed or opened by the user account under which it was installed on the PC. Even on the same computer, if another user logs in using a different account, they will not be able to access or view any data stored in the archive. Instead, a new, empty archive will open, and the other user will need to start from scratch.

If you need to transfer any data to another computer, you must have physical access to your device and your user account. You can then manually transfer notes, files, or archive data, step by step.

This approach ensures a high level of privacy and security, giving you full control over the data, tasks, notes, and archives you work with on your computer.
