jenny wallace eflip standard do come with Mac app but i didn't see any option for android app.

Melodee Kerr When I clicked the Adobe Reader Icon in my Download file I got this message: "could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."

When I clicked on the green Windows file with your name, it said: "eflip-August2013.exe is not a valid Win32application."

I couldn't get it downloaded and when I went to your site to download again to see if it would work, it said "You have already purchased one."

I DO have the registration number, but I can't even begin to open it or download it.

Maybe your system is overwhelmed or something. I hope I can get it tomorrow from you with my order number.
