Daniel H Is it possible to merge 2 backups? I explain my situation - there was strange crash with OE August 2009. Emails before August 2009 were distorted (thes start of every message is missing), however since then everything was OK. I am in need to combine old backup that would select only past - till August 2009 and combine with another backup from August 2009 till present. Is it possible to do this with this program?

Al Price EA9 includes a number of restore functions. If you use the "View or Restore Selected Messages" function you could:

(a) restore messages from one backup - selecting only messages before August 2009

(b) restore messages from the other backup - selecting only messages after August 2009

(c) make a new backup of Outlook Express from the combined set of messages.

This would, in effect, be a merged copy of the backup.

Al Price Juno e-mail is a mail service. If you only use the web access portion of Juno - then your mail would remain (for some time) on the Juno server.

However, you can use Outlook Express (or Windows Mail, etc) to download the email to your own machine.

Express Assist would be used to save the messages (from Juno) that you download into Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or Windows Live Mail.
