LU Very interesting product. I would love to test and possible invest into your product F-Billing Revolution.

Is this a special offer of free lifetime upgrades or is it incorrect?

I see your policy here states free lifetime upgrades, however, you website doesn't support that. In fact from your purchase page, it states the following.

Hitting return does not proceed. So stuck and FAIL on the first 1 second of your application. (What programmers have been fiddling with standard windows API to do that?)

Andreas Hoffmann Hi, looks very interesting.
But a few questions are left: any informations about the upgrade-policy, lifetime? Is there a customers import option, esp. from Outlook? Just saw the CSV-Import, template for the field-order available?
And are there any experiences with german customers/bills... and their taxes and characteristics?

Bruno Verschraegen Hi. In the screenshots on the Fbillling site showing a finalised invoice, the VAT is only summarised at the bottom of the invoice. Is it possible for the VAT to be displayed also on each line for each individual invoice item? And I mean in the actual invoice, not in the template for creating the invoice. If yes, I am interested. if not, unfortunately it will have to be a pass.

Steve Gledhill I've just paid for this and get the following error:
" Cannot Establish Connection with database server computer"
This is on Windows 8. It works OK in Windows 7 and XP. Is there anything I can do to make it work on Windows 8? I have tried compatibility mode and running it as Administrator.

I have emailed them for help but had no response.

I can't see any help or support on the website either.

Any help or guidance will be gratefully received!

Charlotte Sinclaire I was interested in this product, even downloaded the trial and was about to test it out, but thought I'd check out comments first. Questions and comments aside, the fact that there have been no responses to any of these questions and comments since the first one was posted on Friday already tells me this product does not have good customer support. So I am not going to even try it out, much less buy it. Sorry.
