lynxdor I recieved my activation code for FLV Spider Pro for Mac, from FLV Spider Support Team. It does'nt work. The wheel showing it tries to activate turns on, never successing.

lynxdor Well it seems it works, now. I uninstall FLV Spider for Mac from its menu, and them launched FLV Spider Pro. I did not have to re-enter my activation code.
But last, I try it with a video during 3:09, the first record stopped at 1:44, the second at 1:47, the third at 1:44.
An other video on the same page recorded 1:49 instead of 2:24.

I am waiting for your answer.

lynxdor I then uninstall the not Pro version. And the Pro seemed to work, without entering once more my activation code.

Then I tried it and the software stopped recording before the end :
The video is during 3:09
I recorded twice 1:44 and once 1:47, but never the whole video.
An other video on the same page stopped also before the end.
Give me your help please.

lynxdor Well, it works well ! I suppose the videos I tried to load yesterday was protected by DRM, not announced. And that's may be the reason why I could not load them.

Alexander Bokovikov "Never succeeding" might mean you can't connect to the server or you always get an error code. What of the two above? Please report it to the technical support, so the problem could be resolved.

Alexander Bokovikov Concerning "...can't capture video..." -- first of all please report it not here, but directly to the support team, if you wish to get the fast help. Also please always report the web page URL. Otherwise how we could help you if we even don't know what you try to capture?

But as I write it upper, I succeeded on Vimeo after the problems on http://www.versailles3d.c...ution.html and

Then I suppose they put an obstacle for the royalties. I don't feel concerned for those as I recorded to look the videos several times on my computer and my loading speed is bad.

Alexander Bokovikov "...I could load a part of the video..." - what is the termination reason? Was the web player still active and running when the capture was terminated?

I'm in a vacation up to Aug 4-th, so I can't test your links, as I'm on 56 kbps GPRS now. Will do it as soon as I'll be back.

The Doctor Downloaded, unzipped and DMG'ed the trial version. Fails to install in the application folder or anywhere. Appears to be useless. Probably spyware.

That might be a problem in OS X 10.8. You need to open the ability to install application which are downloaded from Internet. Only applications from AppStore are allowed there by default.

Definitely NOT! How can you claim it if you even never launched this software?!

We have thousands of successful users! Nobody complained for installation inability before.
