Constantin Florea @Nunya User, You would have to install the software and at some point during the installation you will be able to press a button called Internet to get your registration information.

BUT! The URL is there as text, so do not click on it, but copy that link text (http://download.bitsdujour....zip) from the email and then paste it in the browser address bar.
I managed to download with this method.
But no reg.info/code was nor in the email, nor in the zip file!

Nunya User Constantin Florea, I think there are maybe some wires crossed, somewhere. Before I even opened the email I received, I downloaded the software from the web page that popped up after my transaction was complete.

On that page, it said the registration code had already been emailed to me. Untrue. There was even a Resend button, in the event I didn't get the code, which I clicked on. That just sent me the same email I already had, again. Neither of which contained a code.

I wasn't planning on installing this software on my current computer, as it can only be installed on one computer and not transferred, and I don't, yet, have the computer I planned to install it on.

How about contacting Franzis directly and find out what the answer is to this problem.

There always seems to be some difficulty with Franzis. Why do you bother?

Dave Beardsley Well gee, thanks for nothing. I've clicked on every link and tried everything I could. Wasted a lot of time and gotten a lot of aggravation, but never got an activation code and have not been able to install this software.

Constantin Florea @Nunya User, Indeed, that phrase that the code has already been emailed to you is a standard one because most of our promotions have a code however Franzis giveaways are different in the sense that in order to get the registration information, you would have to go through the steps I mentioned.

Constantin Florea @Dave Beardsley, If you haven't been able to download the software yet, please copy the installer URL mentioned in the receipt email and paste into the address bar of any browser and then click Enter, that should start the download.

Dave Beardsley Thank you for the reply. There must have been a problem, with the activation process earlier. I had tried everything you suggested, earlier, with no luck. But upon going through the same steps, now, everything worked perfectly. The software is installed and I look forward to making many stacked macros in the future.

Nunya User Constantin Florea.

Based on what you just said, don't you think it might be an excellent idea to make minor changes to your different promotions to accommodate what will ACTUALLY happen, instead of leaving in misleading wording. This confusing mess could have been easily avoided simply by changing one sentence. Instead of saying, I've already emailed you the registration code, something like, you will get the code as you install the software, would have eliminated the problem. That way, you could have avoided at least one question.

A side note: IDK why, but the download links in the emails I received all worked just fine.

Constantin Florea @Greg User, I understand that you have downloaded the installer. When you clicked the installer to install it, did the installer start the installation process? If so, during the installation process there should be a window with a button called Internet which you must click to go online and get the registration information. I am not sure which part of this process didn't work for you.

Greg User Yes I clicked on the internet button. I filled out my email gdgidneybellaliant.net and it said it would send me the code, but I have never received a reply. I reached this several times with no reply.

Constantin Florea @Greg User, In that case, when registering to get the registration information, please use an email address with a more popular domain such as @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com or @gmail.com

Nunya User Constantin Florea, as I said before, there always seems to be some difficulty with Franzis. Why do they get to dictate what email domain we can use? One address is as good as another. They all work to bring email to the recipient, unless the sender blocks it because they don't like the domain name. How ridiculous is that? Why are they allowed to do that? The recipient should be able to choose whatever email address they want to use, NOT the sender.

Constantin Florea @Greg User, The reason I suggested a more popular email was because chances are greater that the email containing the registration information will reach that type of email address. It is just a suggestion for being able to get the registration information.

We suggest this to customers having this type of issues because a while back, the vendor asked us to suggest this to a customer.
