You can't throw a rock at the Internet without hitting a dozen applications that let you record Skype calls. But how many give you the ability to organize, annotate, and retrieve those conversations from anywhere on the planet? It's time you broke free from the confines of your locally-stored Skype recordings, into a new world ruled by G-Recorder Pro!

G-Recorder Pro lets you save audio calls and chat history to both your computer and your email inbox, with the ability to access your recordings from any Internet-connected computer! With G-Recorder Pro, you'll be able to add notes to your recordings for easy search-and-retrieval, plus export and work with your existing chat history just as easily as you would with email. Best of all, G-Recorder Pro works with any type of Skype call, whether it's PC to PC, Skype Out, Skype In, and conference calls. All recordings are saved in convenient MP3 format files, so you can do lots of things with them.

If you've ever changed or upgraded computers, you know how difficult it can be to move your locally stored Skype recordings to your new platform. With G-Recorder Pro, you never have to worry about this ever again. What's more, your Skype chats will appear in your email inbox in chronological order, even if they're imported from different computers!

Stephane M Hi,

I already have 2 licenses and I am very happy with it.
I was thinking of buying another license but the policy here does not seem to be what it used to be, which was, I think, free upgrades for life.

The "Buy Now" page on http://g-recorder.com says "for life" as well (above the "Buy Now" button).

I do not remember activation with hardware footprint either.

Is it an error or this is a new policy?

Thanks!

Michael K Can installing this on my laptop and PC be done on 1 license or do I need to buy 2 licenses?

And can you please clarify if the upgrade policy has changed away from free for life as mentioned by the previous post from Stephane.

Thanks

Michael

G-Recorder Marketing Team Stephane,

Thank you for the compliments :) We are really happy you like G-Recorder. Would you like to join us on Facebook? http://www.facebook.com/grecorder.fans

As for the support policy, we've limited it because we provide G-Recorder with 60% off and that's why we need to cut our costs on technical support.

In any event we believe that all possible challenges can be fixed within one month after installation. So, everybody who buys G-Recorder on BitsDuJour can rest assured that we will help to fight all challenges facing G-Recorder during the most critical time (installation and first month of using it.

Simply select the "License key" option in G-Recorder tray menu. You will see your wife's Skype ID along with her license key.

Now select your Skype ID from the dropdown menu and enter your new license key.

Rick Truell Michael K: You asked "isn't that the same for everyone?"

No, it isn't. Some people use a protocol called IMAP to access e-mail. IMAP was designed with the intent of leaving e-mail on the server, so it could be accessed from multiple places. Thus, it is very much like webmail (although IMAP came first), except that you use an e-mail client to access the messages, instead of a web browser.

"an e-mail address at one of these services won't ensure that recordings will be accessible *anytime* one is connected to the Internet."

Well, no metter when you store recordings you will not be able to access them after deleting. Same applies to recordings stored in email inbox. I would like to emphasize that we do not guatantine that recordings will be accessible all time, we simply provide such a possibility. If our customer deletes a recording from email inbox, well, it's his/her choise.

By dedicated email address I mean email box at Gmail that will not be used for regular email communication, only for storing calls and chats. This way Michael K will be able to download calls saved to his email box (they will be deleted from server after downloading to email client) and forward calls to his dedicated Gmail inbox and have accessible anytime he wants.
