Stefan Hauber Probably the 'fine print' is not correct for the paid version, is it?
What does 'unlimited' mean? Unlimited upgrades for free?
Only for personal use? Doesn't that contradict the purpose of this tool?

Are other languages, like German, included?
Are the texts updated/edited from time to time? I suppose this would be necessary for this complex (and perhaps changing) subject?

Sara User @Mr.Hauber: I suppose that anybody who's able to program cookies, will be able to set up an info window and a button anyway, and wording ideas abound; also, I don't see the problem in even bulk propagating text changes later on, as for other text changes, be your sites file- or db-based. European (and especially German) government policies lately have created all new "industries"; now then for a brand new GDPR "industry", too? Anyway, as long as the sites are in English, the GDPR texts may (and even should) be in English as well, and as for German sites, there's always google translate for a first draft you then can polish within your mother language. Btw, I particularly love the wording "It is recommended that you leave on all cookies..." - well, I delete them all (?) every day, the only - and big! - nuisance for me being to be now forced to click away all those consent windows before they let me start reading (bec/of that crazy European "opt in"): Those Brussels officers are only there to harass people (worldwide now, as we can see from all those U.S. sites "complying", too, instead of giving a heck), and that's putting it very mildly.

Jo Ann Rice How the hell do you download the software????? What kind of setup is this??? I buy it here then have to rebuy it for $0 on another site. I got like 8 emails and not a single one has a download link and now it looks like an online setup???

The fine print of this offer states as follows:
After you purchase you will receive a download link to install the software
Download available for: SaaS

Yes you get a download button with your purchase, but there is no download. The company then sends you a bunch of other emails to have you log into their site and set it up. There's no download anywhere at all! I really really hate online only stuff and was expecting software I could install on my computer since that's what it said it is and NO WHERE does it say it is an online service only.

I want a refund of my purchase immediately please, this is not what it is stated it is!

Jo Ann Rice When I went to that link it made me redo a purchase (for $0 of course) and from there to set up an online account and such and everything shows as an online builder for this process. Is this software downloadable or only an online setup? I find no download links for software anywhere. If it’s a downloadable software please provide an actual download link that doesn’t take me to a purchase page, if not then yes please refund my purchase. (sent email first then realized I should post here, sorry for that confusion.)

Jo Ann Rice Thank you for the promptness of your support Constantin, most appreciated. Hopefully the software companies that list their sales with you will start being more clear on what type of system they are selling you. In this case it didnt' state anywhere at all that it was only an online service so it was misleading since the Fine print stated it was downloadable and usable pretty much forever and didn't need even to be activated with a license (not that that matters to me), yet it had to be activated to use it in their online system.

Just not clear enough in what you were getting with this purchase. Hopefully this will help them understand they need to be much clearer than this.

In this case, it is true that when the vendor submitted the product, he filled in the home page of the product in the Download URL section (we provide the Download URL field for all products in the submission form regardless of whether the product has or doesn't have an actual installer). We often see this happening in case of submitted products which don't have an installer. But ultimately it is our (BitsDuJour's) responsibility to handle this case by removing the submitted download URL if that doesn't point to an actual installer like in this case. I will pay more attention in the future for handling cases like this.
