CFGuy for MiVoyce Rep - I am confused by this offer because it states "Upgrades to future versions of the software will be free for the lifetime of the product" and "it [the service] may be used indefinitely." However, when I log onto the miVoyce website, it looks like a subscription site- either yearly or monthly. Pl;ease explain. Also, regarding cont of the course/website, the product description (above) states "Video Training, Template Letters and Access to Live Expert Chats". How many hours of downloadable/streamable video is currently offered on the website for this service, and how many letters/templates are currently available for download? Also, in regards to the
Live Expert Chats" - are these "1 on 1" chats (on an "as needed" basis, during standard business hours, or are they scheduled group chats that one may choose to participate in, and if so, how often do these chats occur and with what type of "experts" (listing credentials of the "experts" would be helpful). Furthermore, if this is referring to topical group chats, does a subscriber latter have access to downloadable transcripts of the chats, if he or she is not available to participate in the chat live, or perhaps becomes a member after the chat(s) have occurred. Sorry for what seems like a ton of questions, but I am very interested in what looks like a very good and relevant (with rising healthcare costs) service such as this, however $49 is a price point, where (as a potential consumer) I would feel the need to have the above issues clarified, and be made aware of the amount and types of content available to subscribers, before joining such a service. There are currently over 40 downloads available, 20 of which are template form letters that I (practicing healthcare attorney) use on a regular basis to fight large healthcare costs and outstanding medical bills. Does this system work even if I do not have medical bills yet (my wife and I spent over $20,000 in medical bills last year, and I know we weill have more.)

David User James - Yes, the system has an entire set of courses for pre-treatment care (See http://mivoyce.smartmember.com/) Actually, this is where you save the most money. The system works on ALL devices that can access the internet, including the iPhone S6. This system works with all types of insurance plans, including "Obamacare" plans. I think what you mean are subsidized or "exchange-based" plans which simply means you purchased through a healthcare exchange. In fact, we have a new course in March 2016 regarding how to respond to the tax penalties. Let me know if that answers your questions. Thank you.

Charles Beauchamp What will be done to update to the "repeal and replace" GOP healthcare plan, assuming it passes Congressional scrutiny and modification?

Can a primary care practice purchase this, assign a staff person to become expert in its use and then offer this as a service (free of charge) to patients so that they can:

1) better select a health care insurance plan personalized as much as possible for the individual, family and community?

2) better manage an HSA, including the issue of associating the HSA with an approved investment instrument such as an indexed Universal Life Insurance policy provided by a reputable Mutual Life Insurance company

3) better manage the insurance benefits starting as a newborn so there is optimization of the care of children

4) better manage the insurance benefits of pregnancy so that the cost of having children is kept at a reasonable level

5) better manage the application for Medicaid benefits in a particular state

6) better manage the overcharges that come at patients (e.g., Medicare) whose charges should be limited by allowable charges and limits on "balance billing"

7) better manage charges based on balance billing?

8) better manage prior authorizations with the help of the prescribing or ordering physician's office

9) intersect with the tiering system of charges and copays expected from pharmacy benefit managers

10) intersect with patient assistance program management programs such as come from rxsolutions

11) legally manage sending off scripts to online pharmacies and validation of the safety issues in requesting prescription fills from Canadian pharmacies

12) managing and monitoring shifts in coverage due to changing financial condition, job shifts, waiting periods for activation....etc
