Eric Swank BitsDuJour website is definitely much more responsive, the server is more accessible. I have been able to get some good deals here. For a while the keys were not being sent properly. anonny User @CHARLES User I re-packaged it using a compatible build of inno installer and installed it under Vista and it correctly showed the two physical SATA hard drives present on that system. Do you have multiple physical drives? I have just installed the the new installer I created under 64bit win10 with both SATA and NVMe physical drives and it showed all 3 physical drives present.

Constantin Florea @anonny User, The issue is that in case of promotions which have a large number of participants as is the case for this title, at times the receipt email does not contain the registration information even though that registration code is assigned to the participant. Manually resending the receipt email from the Purchases page, usually resends the email containing the registration information. First we verify that resending the receipt email sends that email with the registration information and then we resend the receipt email to the customer requesting it.

anonny User @Constantin |Florea IF what you say is true that the assigned license code is not always included in the initial receipt email and the faulty email does arrive then you have errors in your backend programming logic and that should be fixed and not just kludged around by resending it later when the systems finally caught up... receipt emails should not go out until they are complete and not sent out incomplete!
