Jay Softer This is ridiculous. One cannot register the program, because only one field in the registration window is fully shown (where one is expected to paste the registration code), but below this field there are two buttons(fields) that are only partially shown(their tops only and no text!!!).

The application cannot be registered as those two (unknown) fields are impossible to fill in.
This makes me think that if such a basic thing cannot be programmed properly by the developer, how can I be sure that the program will work correctly?

Constantin Florea @Jay Softer, I just contacted the vendor regarding the issue you mention.

However since we didn't get any other similar issues from other customers, I believe this has something to do with the display resolution and text size you have set for your display/system.

Fadi Correct, there is an issue with the display when you try to activate the program, the buttons are not visible, i can barely see a line which is the edge of the button

SKY Definitely a bug or bad programming, the register window has 1 full 3 partial buttons at the center, and any of them take you to a purchasing page online, none of them to register or to activate, and no textarea to put the code in. Says 10 times left. Definite waste of time, if they cannot do that simple task one wonders how well the actual software could be?

I just wanted to let you know that I have never experienced such an issue with any other programs I installed on my machine. It's quite frustrating that I cannot register this giveaway. Therefore I am uninstalling it.!!!

dave User This is the slowest installation of any program I have ever seen - about 5 minutes with no progress wheel. I almost cancelled the installation twice, but decided to wait a bit longer. It finally loaded. Nice interface.

Clicking on the registration in the menu brought up the registration window with the problem buttons. The problem with the buttons is they are in a fixed size window. If one could resize the window, one could see the buttons.

I was able to see a sliver of the buttons. Pasting in the serial and clicking on the sliver of the left button brings up a window that says Malwarebytes is blocking access to the developer's website.

Searched for review of the software, found nothing. Uninstalled.

It looks like a good program, but not willing to take a chance.

My system: Windows 10 Pro, 64 BIT, Intel I5-3570K 3.40gZ CPU, 16 GB RAM.

I experienced the same issue as Jay Softer.

Microsoft changed the Windows 10 font scaling specifications.

The issue is the vendor's software is NON COMPLIANT to the Windows 10 font scaling specifications.

Kenneth Lantier Clicked on the link from my email, it opens the download window, nothing happens, when I click the manual download it opens up a new download window, and nothing happens, it just opens another window.

M. User Same problem as most of the comments: REGISTERING/ACTIVATION is NOT POSSIBLE ! No "register" or "activate" button is visible in the "Register" pop up window (which is fixed size !), only one "Buy now" button and three other, only partially visible buttons with unknown function. It's a shame!

Constantin Florea @john User, Please right click the Download button from the receipt email, then select "Copy Hyperlink" and paste the copied address/URL into the address field of preferably either Firefox or Edge and if that is not possible, then any other browser except for Google Chrome. That should start the download.

Kenneth Lantier I had issues that I reported here about downloading the app from chrome it just would not do it so I started up Firefox and sign in to my account on bitsdujour and I was able to download and run the program it did however have the issue that many of them posting about pasting the registration code into the program what I did was just click on the far left of the two because I could see the area enough to determine that there was two of them and I just decided to click the last one and it worked

Mark Hochstetler Still the same stupid installation issues--same error message on two different PCs today--that's 0/3 over the past 48 hours for this program. Thank God I didn't pay for this. The developer has a lot of work to do--how did this ever get to the level of being offered?

Mark Hochstetler Will not accept the license key. States there is an error--namely that there is a "<" character in the key, but there is not. Tried the installation on three different PCs, all running the latest Windows 10 update and all displayed the same error. I do not have a screenshot to share. Good luck!
