paul bradbeer Disappointing - all I wanted was code and key for Microsoft Office 2019 and didn't return either despite the write-up above saying Microsoft Office was covered.

It lists it as an identified Applcication for you to submit as a request but doesn't give you the key...

I did request a refund on this as it doesn't work - not really concerned about the minimal discounted cost but irritated by the fact it doesn't do what it says in the description i.e. retrieve the installation code for Microsoft Office. I have received no reply to either of my e-mails.

Due to Windows restrictions, some licenses cannot be extracted.
Don’t forget that latest Microsoft Office are relies on your account. Sometimes you just need to log in to your Microsoft account to access your license key, without the need for a utility.needing a product key utility!
For retail versions of Office 2013 or later, here's how to find your Office 2019 product key through your Microsoft account.
Step 1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
Step 2. Go to Services & subscriptions, locate your Office 2019 and click the View product key next to the Product key tab.
For OEM pre-installed Office, the product key is stored in the system's BIOS/UEF.
An alternative method for finding the license key must then be used.
Don’t forget that support for Office 2016 and Office 2019 will end on October 14, 2025

Unfortunately your description above for the software explicitly states "The list of software keys that can be recovered by Product Key Recovery Tool is vast and includes Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office". It doesn't caveat that only some versions of Office are recoverable by your software and it is misleading to customers to describe it as such. As I mentioned before I not worried about the minimal amount charged for your software but I bought it on the basis of your description that it could recover the key.

fpi fpi To Paul Bradbeer First, I am completely independent of "PCTrek". Concerning "PCTrek", I inform you that the signature of the commercialized programs bears the name of "Aco Sterjov". I confirm that I have extracted my information from his website: " https://www.sterjosoft.com/list/ ". Regarding "PCTrek" physical address, it is not available, nor is that of "Aco Sterjov." It seems that its location is European (Croatian or Slovenian). On the other hand, on its site the programs are free, including the portable versions! In short, if you have an official Microsoft account, you can retrieve your Office 2019 or other key directly and via ce compte. Microsoft adapte sa protection contre le piratage continuellement. For example, there is no longer a sticker with the license key on computers. It was too easy to illegally take a label shot with a cell phone. You should know that, the custom OEM license used by the manufacturer for activation was not the one on the sticker. Managing an individual license is simple, it involves storing a unique key. With a computer park, a multiple activation key is used. Each activation decreases this number. This avoids having to manage the storage of a batch of unique keys. Once the maximum allowed value is reached, a new license agreement must be signed for a defined quantity.
