How do you communicate with the users on your LAN? Sending email messages is only reliable if they remember to check their email. Well, today’s discount software promotion presents the easiest, more reliable way of communicating with one or more LAN-connected users – it’s TightInformer!

TightInformer lets you send text messages over the network that are displayed to recipients as a ticker. With TightInformer, you’ll be able to broadcast important information to any computer connected to your LAN. Best of all, clients are not required to establish connections with the server, thanks to TightInformer’s use of multicast UDP packets, so even if you have a bunch of users on your LAN, performance will never be compromised.

How easy is it to compose a message with TightInformer? Just edit a single text file with the content and your selected style, then hit a single hotkey combination to start broadcasting. That’s all you need to know to start using TightInformer today!

Doug Atkinson Just to clarify - if I want to use this on my home LAN, I need to buy a copy of Tightinformer for each computer user on my home network?
The Fine Print States, "TightInformer is licensed per user, so if more people are going to use TightInformer you will need to purchase additional copies. Each license allows installation on all owned computers, but TightInformer may not be used at exactly the same time on each of them.", so this would seem to be the case.

Vladimir User You can install and run the Software on any number of computers within one local-area network, provided that the server part of the Software (TightInformer executable) may be running on exactly one computer at a time for Standard License.

Constantin Florea @Lifetime Upgrades, I just checked it on my machine and using several web proxies (USA, UK, FR and Canada) and it works.

What is interesting is that when trying to access the product site URL:
https://www.tightprojector.com
with each proxy, the very first time I do that, I get the following error:
"
The requested resource could not be loaded. libcurl returned the error:
Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to tightprojector.com:443
"
However every subsequent times, it works.

What is the error you get when trying to access the site?
