Doris Ballard Has anyone else tried figuring this one out?

First of all, the note above says that the license is for one year ... since it says that free upgrades are available for one year, is that what the license is for, or is it for the program itself? It doesn't seem to be specified anywhere whether the "one year" relates to the upgrades, or to the usage of the program itself.

Secondly ... the license file. I honestly don't know how most people would be able to apply their "license file" after installation, because the program itself doesn't give you any help on where the file ended up, and it gets buried pretty deeply.

On my computer, it ended up in: C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\Temp, and the program tells you to apply it again if you move the text file elsewhere. Hopefully that will help other people to find where the heck the file went. I moved mine into the "Sanwhole Remember" directory itself for simplicity's sake, and reapplied it.

What I would like to know now, however, is if the program itself is going to stop working in a year, or if it's the free upgrades which will no longer be available in a year. That was an awfully confusing experience to have a program that would only work for a year.

Colin User Antivirus set off alarm bells, and deleted the MSI load item. Decided to remove remaining items, but really disliked that it is called Vole Remember but loads it under Sanwhole, which I hate.

Elliot Sloane This is a FAIL all around. Repeated antivirus reports of trojans, malware, etc. I've not had a SINGLE good experience with any Vole product. Don't waste your time.

Chris I purchased programs from them from here in the past but now their site will not let me log in. Upon changing my password there and attempting to log in, I still can not log in because it keeps telling me my user name or password is incorrect.
