smed User I get the 503 error too. The reg code is formatted wrong. Please fix this error.
The correct format is five groups of five letters.

License code I received is in below format:

WEBANIMATORGO-BITSDUJOUR-XXXX

This is different from license-code format found within program.
Please ask vendor to email me correct license code. Thanks.

Alisa Gordon I'm not quite sure if it's the format of the code that is the problem. I noticed I received an email from Web Animator (just after I downloaded the program so I hadn't even installed it yet) asking to click a link to confirm my email address and the resulting page also gives an error: Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Roger Cale well the software does not lke the serial number you gave me, it's looking for a serial in the format - aaaaa-bbbbb-ccccc-ddddd-eeeee and not the format of your serial so I'm having trouble activating the licence code (I have copy and pasted it). I am getting the error: HTTP Error 503 the service is unavailable. Tried a few times but keep getting the same error.

Robert Hare Same problem here. Registration fails when entering name or not (name appears to be optional), but either way fails with a bunch of raw HTML visible and the HTTP Error 503 code. If it matters any, I am on Windows 8.1 64-bit with the latest Windows security updates, 16 GBs RAM

Jeffrey Bender Hate to be redundant but the registration code does not work. Need a code in the format shown ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE: AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE. The code I received is over 25 characters so adding dashes doesn't work.

Judi Podgurski Mornin' All, it is 9:53 AM Eastern time, and I have just completed my registration. The serial code worked fine, but I did have trouble at first verifying my e-mail with the company. Waited a few minutes, and tried again, and it worked fine. Looks like it may be time for everyone else to try again, and hopefully, things will work properly now. I'm good to go ! Thanks for the fun software BDJ and WebAnimatorGO ! :-D

Pavel User Registration is blocked by the firewall. After disconnecting the firewall registered without problems.

Antoosa Constantin, the error still exists.License format is supposed to be as follows:

AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE

Whereas, license I received is in this format:

WEBANIMATORGO-BITSDUJOUR-XXXX

Per your most recent message, our codes should work, but they do not. As we did not receive updated license codes, I assume that the ones we received should be the correct ones, but they still are not.

"An Error Occurred While Updating the Entries. See the Inner Exception for Details."

Again, the code still does not work. Constantin, please help resolve this issue.

FreeStar I did. That is when the error message appeared, after
entering the registration code.

For others who have this issue as well.
Here is what I did next:

I hit the "Register" button AGAIN.
The program then went to the first screen to start a project,
but AGAIN the same error message appeared on a blank
grey background.

I then closed the program, restarted it. It then worked fine.

Ghoch User Got the same errors as above when I clicked on the register button and entered the odd registration sequence. Got an email to verify my email address. When I re-ran the program the register button was gone. Tried to use the program and when I went to export a test to a gif it kept reporting that it was exporting for a long time. My mouse would only move to restricted areas of the screen. Finally had to bring up task manager to end the task. Don't know if the program was ever registered or not. Couldn't tell from any of the program's options. If the register button is not on screen when you run the program, does that mean it is registered?

L_EarlW I downloaded the software and I installed it, however, I cannot get it to register and when I try to validate my email per WebAnimator's email, I receive "Unknown email". When I go to register the software with my email and the license key I get "invalid license key".

The instructions say to enter the format in an AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE format, however, the provided license key has more characters than this format will accept.

I don't know of any other software from any website that has this many problems with registering the software.

Did someone actually test the installation process before the software was released?

smed User I've tried for 2 days to get this to work, No Luck. This may be excellent software but the hassle is not worth my time. Kinda been pushed away from Incomedia software.
