CROSScKer It's a compact PIM. The paid version has a portable/usb option.

1. Organizable Notes (great, lightweight word-processor)
2. ToDo lists
3. Calendar with alarms, reminders, recurring events
4. Contact lists

I've been using the lite version for years and love it. Would consider upgrade if price was right. (currently price: $41.20 US)
