Dik Oz The only 'windows way' I know to browse through files and folders located on an iPhone/iPad. Just connect the iPhone to USB on a windows PC and browse, copy etc. Copy files back to an iPhone is problematic because the iPhone's DB's are not updated, just the file structures are updated.
But it's stilll very nice to copy files form an iPhone, though a bit expensive in the $0.99 App era.
