Mary Wilson I purchased this when it original was offered and recently tried to get a hold of this company. Company is no longer in business as they refuse to contact me.

Albert C. Mary, what you say isn't true at all. They just released SP2 for v9. They're in business (although a very expensive one!). ^_^

Mary Wilson Sorry, I believe that they are out of business as I requested information on a registered product and they refused to answer me. It was just not one e-mail, I sent more than one e-mail requesting help. If they are still in business(which I dought) I would not recommend using there product due to such poor customer service. I wrote them more than one e-mail requesting help. I proved I had a registered product with a copy of an e-mail that they sent me saying I had purchased the product. They refused to send any infomormation or provide me any feed back or answer my questions. .

Mr. Yoop Mindjet is still very alive: They have recently launched Mindjet MindManager 2012 that is a very comprehensive mind mapping application. Thus it would be very nice if you can arrange an offer here on BitsDuJour, e.g. as introduction price for the new version :-)

The place actually ran smoothly, so I hung around longer than expected. It’s weird how quick strangers can become your daily chat partners.
