Mike G After hearing about Revo Uninstaller for so many years, I finally used the free edition to remove Ask.com toolbar on a 32-bit Win 7 machine. While installing Cute PDF Writer, I unchecked the boxes for adding the Ask toolbar, but apparently didn't read carefully enough.

Worse, the Ask uninstaller continued to prompt over and over to close all IE windows even after I had closed every browser, application and Explorer window. Maybe it world have worked in safe mode, but I first tried some crappy Ask toolbar remover that didn't work and finally got total satisfaction with Revo.

It would be nice to have the pro feature that monitors all changes made during installs. But I can live without it considering full price is a bit steep. I'll jump in if it goes on sale again!

Rodney Henderson I think Revo Uninstaller is the best uninstaller there is, considering how long it's been on the market, how about supplying the pro version for free for one day. Give those that can not afford it, the chance to have it.
