Why Sharky? Well you must agree that file systems in all modern Operating Systems these days are advanced enough so they allow you to store anything anywhere the way you like, and find and manipulate at will. Or... maybe not?
We must ALL agree that for anything more than "Open" and "Save" operations - available with numerous "Office" and other specialised software - user gets not much more; that means storing content in some default location and later eventually accessing and modifying it.
