Jon Koerner Nice little app that allows you to customize the tooltips for the Taskbar, System Tray, QuickLaunch and Clock in Windows.

Also forces them to appear on top of the taskbar and not behind it (a known Windows bug).

Developer very attentive. I bought this already so don't need another license myself, but others might find it useful also.
