Gde Swart I've been using this for over 12 years and although the UI is somewhat cluttered and dated, I have yet to find anything better. The program is extremely small (3MB!), stable and versatile. Check out their website and look at everything it can do. I recommend TreePad Business Edition, it has encryption and you can use it as a portable app if you want.
