Andrew Recently, my internet went down, and I was working from home. Rebooting the router didn't help, I had to call xfinity customer service . Honestly, I expected a long wait and typical excuses, but I was surprised by the opposite. The operator quickly figured out the problem, checked the connection and even fixed everything remotely. Literally 10 minutes later, the internet was working again! I'm glad I didn't have to waste time and nerves.
