_*_ Here is the answer I received.
Version 2.0 won’t be out until sometime next year. WriteWay has not charged for an update/upgrade since we started in 2003. But since this is a entire rewrite in Java, there will be a small upgrade fee. Cheaper for those who already have WriteWay.
The only thing WriteWay has in it’s license agreement is you can use it on up to 4 computers for your personal use. Already use 4 computers and going to get rid of a computer—simply unregister WriteWay before doing so.
