Greenpower Mobility - All-Energy Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles

Greenpower offers a wide range of battery-powered medium and heavy duty vehicles such as transit buses, school buses, shuttles and cargo vans. They have a new design and integrate global components.

The EV Star line of refrigerated cargo delivery vehicles has proven to be best in class. Built on the proprietary EV Star Cab and Chassis, they offer superior performance and safety for local cargo operations.

EV Star

GreenPower Motor Company builds purpose-built, all electric medium and heavy-duty vehicles for the cargo and delivery markets, shuttle and transit spaces, as well as school buses. Its EV Star Cab and Chassis, which is exclusive allows for multiple upfits and bodies and sets standards for zero emission people and goods transportation. green power mobility offers low floor electric buses for transit agencies, including 30ft EV250, 40ft EV350 and a double-decker EV550.


The firm's current fleet buses comprises six models that share 95% of their components. They are able to offer them at cheaper prices than traditional vehicles. This is particularly important because government subsidies are declining.

The EV Star Cargo van is the latest GreenPower fleet member. It was specifically designed for last-mile delivery applications. It's a versatile design that is easy to modify and is equipped with a variety of accessories to provide greater functionality.

Its interior is modular and can be configured to fit different body kinds. It also comes with a full suite driver assistance systems. In terms of charging, it can be charged via AC level-2 in 8 hours at 11 kW, or DC fast charge in 2 hours at 61 5 kW. The vehicle is also equipped with an HVAC system that is vented and ADA securement positions.

In the realm of passenger transportation, GreenPower's EV Star Passenger Van sets the standards for safety, performance and sustainability. Built on the EV Star Cab & Chassis, it can be configured with multiple upfits or bodies to meet the needs of different businesses and is available in a range of seating capacities from 20 to 50 passengers. Its Altoona test score of 92.2 is the highest in its class, and it offers ADA accessibility options.

As the demand for electric vehicles continues to rise, GreenPower is looking at ways to increase its production capacity. GreenPower has formed a partnership with Perrone Robotics in order to incorporate Level 5 autonomy into the EV Star. This will be the first vehicle that offers this capability. Unlike most autonomous vehicles in use today that are upgraded or converted GreenPower's EV Star was created with autonomy in mind from the ground up. greenpower mobility -sheet design facilitates the integration of future autonomous drive technologies. GreenPower's EV Star is available in diesel and battery electric versions, with the latter offering an up to 150 miles of range on a single charge. It comes with a large payload capacity that can be used to accommodate various body configurations and types. It can be customized to fit a wide variety of applications, including paratransit, employee shuttles and vanpool services. GreenPower has been producing ten EV Stars every month and plans to increase production according to the demand. This will allow GreenPower to offer the lowest total cost of ownership for its customers.
