This represents a benign (noncancerous) tumor that may develop in the cranial nerve which starts from the brain to the inner ear and is responsible for hearing as well as maintaining balance. If there is no hearing loss along with the ringing, the audiologist can still help you to understand the sonus complete better. There are a lot of things you can do to alleviate the ringing sounds in your ears. A quick point before we start, I am not a doctor and do not claim to be.
