Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

The upgrade of gear can increase its stats base and often enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.

The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment in three attributes that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To create them, you need a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once item upgrades opened they show a complete description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of the item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades are no longer available for it. Likewise, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will come with a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Item upgrade components can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will put an item in your inventory when you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
