Bedside Crib and Travel Cot

Bedside cribs look like an infant bassinet, and are attached to the side of a bed. Some have sides that can be adjusted to allow easy access, and others have an incline that is perfect for babies with reflux.

MFM test subject Georgina found this crib very easy to build and the instructions were clear, making it a quick and easy build. It also folds down into a compact size and comes with a convenient bag for transport.

Easy to put together

They are small and easy to set up, meaning they can be set next to your bed. They are also lighter, which makes them more portable. Georgina, who was one of MFM's home testers said that the Maxi-Cosi Lora was "super easy to assemble, with clear instructions and zips that are easy to open." The crib can be used as a portable travel cot and comes with a handy bag. It includes multiple mesh openings to allow ventilation, and its adjustable height allows it to fit on any mattress.

Some cribs for bedside use an additional side panel that can be adjusted to lower, allowing you easy access to your baby without the need to get out of your own bed. Georgina also found it easy to assemble although she thought the instructions could have been clearer about the zips.

Easy to clean
