Depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders may result in similar symptoms, so medical professionals will conduct tests to rule out any other disorders.

5. Problems with relationships

Relationship problems are a common symptom of add symptoms adults. If you feel unfairly treated or are having difficulty in your relationship, it could indicate that you suffer from an ADD/ADHD. Other indicators include anxiety or worry, resentment and self-harming behaviors. ADD/ADHD can also manifest as extreme anger and anger.
