Best Value Bean to Cup Coffee Machines If you're looking for a hands-off, one-press latte that's fully customisable this is the machine for you. For more information, check out our Beem Espresso Grinder Profession review. Its swappable bean hoppers allow you to try different blends at the drop of a hat and its profiles mean that you can continue where you left beginning. Plus, it's less expensive than capsule machines and utilizes real coffee beans rather than pre-ground coffee beans. 1. Smeg BCC02 This sleek compact and striking machine, created by Milan-based company Deep Design combines the brand's retro aesthetic with cutting-edge technology. This machine handles all stages of the coffee-making process starting from grinding beans, making a puck, then texturing milk to dispensing the right volume. The machine also has an attractive brushed aluminum front and comes in a choice of red, black or taupe, which means it'll easily fit into the majority of kitchen designs. It's not without its shortcomings, however: most users found it to be a bit expensive for a bean to cup maker (and it doesn't come with an insulated milk pitcher). There were also many glowing reviews about this machine's ease of use and the quality of its coffee. The digital display offers information and step-bystep instructions throughout the entire brewing process which will allow you to make your drink perfect every time. The machine will even tell you to adjust the size of the grind, in case that's not what you prefer. It's like having a personal barista in your own home (minus Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility and Elon Musk's rocket-building abilities). If you prefer drinks with milk this model comes with an adjustable steam wand that can be adjusted in both directions to accommodate all drinking vessels, but not the drinking horn of Vikings. We were awestruck by the speed and efficiency of the frothing procedure, too. It also makes an excellent espresso, with a fantastic crema and full flavor despite its compact size. The BCC02 is an excellent all-rounder. It's quiet and efficient, and it provides excellent value for money at the current price of PS499. The only issue is that it does not offer the same level of customisation like some of the other bean to cups we've tested. It has a pump that has 15 bars instead of the usual 19 bars. This isn't enough for producing top-quality espressos. But other than that, this is a fantastic machine to make coffee for those who prefer their coffee strong and black. Its most unique feature is that it is controlled from your smartphone using the Melitta Connect app. This lets you alter settings and dispense different coffee recipes that are stored within the machine itself. This makes the machine very adaptable and flexible to your preferences. There are a variety of options to change the intensity of your beverage, cup sizes and even whether you want milk to be added. The machine also has two airtight bean containers that are automatically selected for different specialities. It will default to standard espresso beans in one, and cafe crem (a German variation of long black or flat white) in the other, but you can choose whatever beans you like. There's also a convenient chute for pre-ground coffee if you want to use your own (for instance, if that pesky dinner guest brings their own). Full Guide have also said they are impressed with the speed of the machine. It is more efficient than other machine they have used. The machine will also inform you when one of its hoppers are almost empty. This way, you won't run out of your favorite drink. The price tag may be a concern for some. It's not inexpensive, with prices that are close to PS999. But, it's cheaper than similar Jura machines that have similar features. Barista TS smart is protected by a two-year guarantee. This is more than the typical one-year guarantee. It's a mark of confidence from the manufacturer. It also includes the cleaning tablet and descaler, which makes it simple to stay on top of your machine's needs for maintenance. This is a fantastic machine for those who are looking for a high-quality and versatile bean-to-cup machine that is affordable. 3. Jura GIGA 6 The Jura GIGA 6 is a powerful espresso machine that uses artificial intelligence to make the best specialty coffees. It learns what you enjoy and adjusts its menu to make it easier to pick your favorite beverages. You can also choose the size of your grind you prefer, water temperature, and coffee foam volumes. The smart rinsing, cleaning and sanitizing programs are activated by pressing the button. This makes maintaining your coffee maker easier than ever before. One of the unique features of the Giga 6 is that it comes with two coffee and milk Spouts, allowing it to make two coffee specialty drinks at once. This is possible thanks to the dual heating and fluid systems within the machine. The spouts can be adjusted in height and width to accommodate different cups. There is also a spout which can be used to make iced coffee or tea using hot water. The Giga 6 comes with a unique feature that lets you duplicate and personalize your favorite coffees. This is especially useful if you enjoy the same beverage in the morning and evening. For instance, you can, create flat whites using regular beans, and then a duplicate using decaf. You can alter the ingredients, such as the kind of milk you use or the amount sugar or cocoa. Both the Giga6 and Z10 offer a broad range of options for customization. You can pick from 28 specialty drinks with just a touch. You can also customize the strength of the coffee and select from 10 different levels of milk foam. The GIGA 6 and Z10 come with a 4.3 inch full-colour touchscreen display and a rotary switch that makes it easy to navigate through the numerous features of the machines. You can also connect the GIGA 6 to your smartphone via WiFi, which allows you to download a wide range of apps that will let you customize your favourite drinks at the convenience of your own home. The GIGA 6 has one drawback: some customers have complained about the drip tray leaking. If you experience this issue make sure you contact the customer service department as soon as you can. 4.
