Cheap Single Pushchairs If you're on a tight budget and don't require a stroller that doubles as a car seat carrier The Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip flop user-friendly. It's simple to push, and it is solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also a breeze to fold. 1. Babyzen YOYO2 The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned its reputation as the most stroller that is lightweight, suitable for urban dwellers as well as jet-setters. This is due to its super nimble maneuverability and fold which fits in an aeroplane's overhead luggage. The latest version has independent suspension on all 4 wheels comprised of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to perfectly navigate all terrains and types'. The bent fabric bassinet, the base YOYO2 and 6months of colour pack are combined to create a chic pushchair with a delicate elegant design. The frame itself weighs just under a kilo and is so light you can easily lift it from the box (and do it with one hand). The hood, for example is able to snap onto the YOYO2 in a calm manner. It is also machine washable at 30deg which helps avoid staining caused by smushed and mashed carrot puffs and rice cakes. It can be used as a pram from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted to stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis. 2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents who are looking for an adaptable stroller. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore can be converted from a stroller into the wagon by turning the handle. Parents can then select which one is the best fit for their journey. The wagon can accommodate two or three children ranging from 6 months to five years old. It has a huge storage basket that can hold all your needs on the go. The Xplore also comes with two canopies that turn from front to back, providing ample sun coverage for all family members. It has a smaller footprint than some wagons. This isn't suitable for long trips or napping. The frame on the Xplore feels sturdy and solid however it doesn't have the same flexibility as other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the competitors and it doesn't secure when folded. It is easy to move, however, and can fit through narrow doors of 28 inches. 3. Delta Children LX Side by Side This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents looking for a second stroller that's priced reasonably. It scored high in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions. This means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to move and store into a car trunk. It also offers the option of reclining in multiple positions and a parent cup holder. Other key features include two large hanging storage bags and 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock. In our test of the push and turn, it did better than the majority of other strollers of a similar price we tested, but it's still not the most maneuverable on uneven terrain or through doorways that are narrow. Its sunshades were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have much larger canopies. The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together with an average manual and no components required tools. It's missing certain features we consider essential for double strollers. single lightweight stroller include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and adjustable leg rests. 4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1 The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi’s newest pushchair, and is advertised as a travel system for urban use. It is designed to accommodate babies from birth to around 3.5 years, converting easily into a seat and carrycot with a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats and comes complete with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base, and a reversible car. It is really easy to manoeuvre and the one-hand recline of the seat as well as the super large shopping basket make it simple for parent-tots to get the child in and out quickly. This narrow pushchair handled every day bumps and doors easily. The front wheels can to be locked in a forward direction and can also swivel. This is helpful in rough terrain. On our walk through the stony trail, we allowed them to swivel and it handled this fairly well, though it did appear more bumpy than the other models on test. 5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2, Baby Jogger is famous for their three-wheeled, all-terrain jogging pushchairs, but they also offer a great range of 4-wheeler strollers. The City Tour 2 is one of their most sought-after models. It is easy to fold and fits easily into the trunk of a car even with an attached carrycot. It is a bit heavier than other strollers we test, but the wheels are rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It is easy to maneuver across various terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items. Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that can be lowered to reveal a UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back into toddlers' faces. It's not a lot of storage space but it has a large, deep basket to hold a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. You can also pair it with the Baby Jogger car seat that is suitable for babies that weigh up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you are looking for a stroller that is able to be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice. 6. Nuna Mixx Next When the Nuna Mixx first came onto the scene, it instantly captured the hearts of parents all over the world. It's an aluminum-framed stroller which can be used from baby's first days to beyond. It's got a lot of standout features, such as the ability of the seat to be turned between the front facing parent and the outside and a huge UPF50+ canopy that has an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar. The chassis has an integrated suspension system that reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are constructed of tough foam, which reduces punctures. It was simple to push, and our tester was able manoeuvre the vehicle through narrow streets. It folds automatically and locks in just four steps. It also stands and can be carried by trolley for easier transport in the boot of your car or down the stairs at home. It also comes with a travel system ready with the option to add a car seat and a carrycot using the adaptors that come with it. The brakes are a single action and are colour coded. They also work with flip-flops. 7. Babyzen Duet This single pushchair that is budget-friendly is surprisingly easy to handle and comes with an excellent dual suspension system, one-hand fold, and a handy carry strap. It's also very light and robust. The seat can be reclined to many different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress built in that is suitable for babies. The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal as it’s not as quiet as Velcro and could awaken napping babies. The Duet is a stroller with an angled design that can be used by twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and even can be used with carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can face one another or turn around and face parents, theoretically reducing sibling rivalries over who sits with dad and mom. It comes with a big gear tray with a bottle holder as well as snack trays. It also has a superior compact stand fold and automatic frame lock. 8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2 The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who love to be active. It's among the lightest running strollers you can buy for your child and offers excellent safety features such as five-point harnesses and a secure wrist strap. It also features a twist hand brake which is different than the lever type that is found on other models. The seat is comfortable and offers a large area to sit in, but the seat's depth is not as deep as other joggers we've tested (it's about 10"). The storage bin has a zippered cover to help keep things secure. It can hold 10 lbs. This is enough for most diaper bags. The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters that will fit the majority of bassinets and infant car seats, but you can use them from the first day with adapters that will fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It is easy to fold and put together within 5-10 minutes, without tools. The instruction manual is simple to understand and is available in multiple languages.
