The Iora is a bassinet for the bed that helps parents feel connected to their infant as they sleep. It can be adjusted upwards and downwards and moved to three different slide positions, to fit under the bed of the parent or in the corner so that the baby is always within reach. The breathable mesh siding allows air to flow through, and gives you a quick glance at your little one. You can also keep any extra pajamas or items in the large storage basket beneath.

The Iora is a smaller bedside crib that can fold flat. It also comes with a travel case to allow it to be carried anywhere. It was easy to move from room to room and our mum testers believed it was the perfect size for a bedside crib. The large storage basket is great to store extra bedding or nappies.


This is an excellent choice for parents who are looking to sleep in a co-sleeping arrangement but do not want to share their own beds or whose partner may be prone to mobility issues, such as arthritis or back issues. Our mum testers loved that they could easily access their baby in the Iora and that it had an adjustable reflux incline that helped to reduce gas.

Our mums are also thrilled that it complies with NICE guidelines that state to put the baby in the crib or Moses basket on its own (with no blankets, toys pillows, etc.). They also state that the mattress is firm and comfortable for the baby and easy to find sheets for. It's not as light as the other cribs that are smaller on our list, so if you prefer something lighter and easier for you to move around, consider a different option.
