Buy a Driving License Without Paying in Advance


There are certain things you must know before buying a driving license. You must first take a pre-licensing course and pass a test. You must also pay any outstanding excise taxes or fines.

Anyone moving to the United States should get a US driving license. It can be used to pay with a personal cheque, for banking and for other purposes.

1. You must be at the bare minimum 18 years old

The minimum age for purchasing an driver's license varies from state to state. In most states the minimum age to buy a driver's license is 16, however in some states, it could be as young as 14 or as old as 18.
