Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized using an app that can save the maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and choose mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from getting too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is more than any vacuum we've tested to date. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent soaking these types of soft surfaces.

In addition to this it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be washed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. You can set it and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base for a recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've test.

This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with the only downside being that it's costly. The number of features makes it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the price, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its high-end price is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and able to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the water tank for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. Additionally the mops aren't adept at removing staining that is as strong as those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned and the water and dust tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads that are sold separately also require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can find, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a want than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet messes, then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs an impressive suction power of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery capacity to power both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacles-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans by itself and makes it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it is supplied with a continuous supply of clean Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. While it spins the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you decide to select this option you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your personal choice of cleaners.

auto vacuum performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my testing, but this may be fixed when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop however it has some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system is able to clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start the full map and then clean of everything that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've created. There are several mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient way to clean your home while it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, as all Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system works well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. Its "Normal" pathing option covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is quite reliable, too although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets that are thick, but it might not be able to detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

The machine has a major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that are left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
