This 4.7kW stove can be used to defrost windows following an outdoor walk, or cook meals for the whole family. A combination of secondary heat retaining glazing as well as combustion air jets and air flow diversion helps keep the internal temperatures high, resulting in a more complete burning of the gases generated by the fuel. This, in turn, results in less harmful emissions and lowers the amount of the amount of particulates released into the air.

Read Much more is an extremely efficient stove that also benefits from an impressively large glass windows that lets you see the fire in the room. You can pick from a variety of colors and an elegant chrome pedestal that will complement your interior. The top loading stove comes with a large flat surface for placing pans and kettles.

It is only suitable for the purpose of burning wood or smokeless fuels that have been approved by DEFRA. If you burn fuels that are not approved by DEFRA you could be fined up to PS1,000 per hour based on the amount of particles released into the air.

This is accomplished by the new clean-burn system that has been upgraded with an air pre-heated feed which is introduced into the combustion chamber through jets and channels over the fire. The pre-heated gas is used to ignite the volatile gases produced by the fuel, resulting in the complete combustion process with less harmful emissions. It also creates an air cushion that is directed towards the glass, referred to as an air wash, to provide you with an unobstructed view of flames.

This combination of systems guarantees that the brand new Penguin stove is compliant with the highest emission standards and is classified as an "Ecodesign" stove. It emits less than 20 mg/m3 if you burn wood, and 16 mg/m3 if you use smokeless fuels.
