This is done automatically by the machine based on your fitness level, the type of workout and current effort. You can alter this anytime by pressing the screen.

While it's not designed for serious running however, it does a great job of reducing the impact on your knees. Its deck is smaller than the other models we've tested but it's still long and large enough to support your strides when you walk or run at moderate or low speeds. The controls are simple to use, using just a the main power switch as well as the remote that lets you alter your speed. The only drawback is that there are no preset programs, however this might not be an issue if you do not plan on doing a lot of running.

The Goplus Ultra-Thin is a bit heavier than the other treadmills we tested, but its compact design makes it easy to transport and store in tight spaces.
