The BOB Sport Utility

The BOB Sport Utility is the perfect stroller for parents who want to get off the beaten track and exercise. This jogging stroller comes with pneumatic knobby wheels that are great for running trails, and a handbrake that allows you to control the downhills. It also comes with a state of the-art suspension system, two-step folding, and a large cargo basket. If you purchase the right adapters you can pair it with an infant car seat.

The biggest drawback to this stroller for jogging is its weight and folded size. It weighs 25 pounds and folds down to 17,850 cubic inch, which is average for this group. Its size means it's not ideal for narrow turns or trunk spaces, but it does have a small handle at the back of the storage basket that you can pull to collapse it into an upright, compact position.

This stroller is simple to maneuver despite its size. The front wheel is fitted with a locking mechanism which allows you to switch between locked and normal mode. The handlebar can be adjusted to different heights of parents. It also has a wide seat that reclines to nearly flat, and it has an enormous vinyl peek-aboo window that's easy to open and close.


The Sport Utility also scored a 9/10 for its exceptional quality. It is built with a strong aluminum frame that has strong connections and has no rough edges or weak stitching. It also has adjustable dampers which aid in smooth rolling performance.

As with the other BOB strollers we've reviewed the Sport Utility has optional car seat adapters that allow you to use it with different infant car seats. In our tests, it took us about 5:24 minutes to put together the stroller from packing it up before it was ready to go. The assembly was easy however you'll need a Philips screwdriver. The manual provided is well-organized and clear but it's good to keep one in your case.

The Baby Trend Expedition

This jogger has been designed with safety, style and convenience as its main goals. It comes with an adult tray with two cup holders as well as covered storage, as well as an infant tray that is able to swing away and includes two cup holders. The adjustable canopy, with its peek-aboo windows and an extra-wide ergonomically-shaped handle, provides comfort for both parents. The only downside to this stroller is the lack of suspension. This means that the ride may be more bumpy than other all-terrain strollers. This could be uncomfortable for children who are younger particularly when their nap is set to start. It does have air-filled tires, but they don't have as much shock absorption like the rubber wheels that are found on higher-end strollers.

This is a great option for those who don't want to run a lot however want to move over grass and gravel with ease and without any problems with curbs, or other obstacles. It is also a great choice for families who have limited space as it folds up into a compact unit. It's lighter than many of the other joggers that we've tested and can be tucked away in places that large strollers aren't able to.

Another benefit is that it's much more easy to carry and lift than the bulkier Joggers we've tested. This is crucial when you have to lift it in and out of your car trunk regularly or if you're always on the move.

If you're looking for the best jogger that can handle all terrains, then you should look no further than the Nipper Sport V4. This latest version of Out 'n' About's three-wheeled jogging stroller is designed specifically for jogging, and comes with large 16'' pneumatic alloy tyres to tackle even the most difficult trails and tracks. The Nipper is compact and lightweight which makes it easy to transport and fold.

This pushchair comes with a variety of features that make it ideal to tackle any type of terrain with front suspension as well as the handlebar brake. It also has a recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a removable quilted seat liner and a five-point safety harness and a hinged bumper bar. It's also travel system-compatible which means you can use it with a Cybex Maxi-Cosi, Maxi-Cosi, or Be-Safe infant car seat.
