Roasting As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger.
