Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using a specialized application. You can save maps of your home, create cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate around rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session and can raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by finding pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it from becoming stuck on objects.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile hardwood, carpet and rugs to avoid the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsed and dried in the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being the fact that it's expensive. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very tempting alternative for anyone who wishes to ditch their old stick vacuum and mop. If you are able to justify the hefty price tag we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. Its price is justified by its robust feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-enabled smart control system and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the house. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all kinds of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops were also excellent and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real highlight is its multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. In addition the mops aren't efficient in removing staining that is as strong as those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are purchased separately, must be replaced periodically too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. If you're on a budget, I suggest considering an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find, its high cost and constant maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet mess, then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery that can be used for both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacles-avoiding. It has a mop with a roller that cleans itself, making it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

remote hoover has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller is almost the entire width of the robot, and it gets a constant supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. As it rotates the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked in by the heater elements of the tank and emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. If you do select this option you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit users to use their own cleaning products.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a space and navigated around furniture. The only problem is that it got stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs during my testing however this could be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum however it has several impressive features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can manually clean all areas that this device maps or select specific rooms, expandable zone, or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo did well during our tests, just like all the Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always detect small things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be a problem for those who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: The app offers an option that allows you to "clean up" at the end of each session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and helps the robot get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
