Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized using an app that can save maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as how much water your mop uses.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate rooms while an obstacle avoidance function helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are crucial in my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and raise its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by looking for pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on an object.

The mopping function is impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide deep cleaning. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which will lift the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means that you can set it and forget it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop- and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've test.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only issue is that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features make it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the price we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. Its high-end price is justified by its robust features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on all types of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion as well as a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The dock emptys its dust bin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank for mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also has a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tested and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. In addition it's not as capable at scrubbing away staining that is as strong as those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned out as well as the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, emptied and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are bought separately will need to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. For those who are on a tighter budget, I suggest considering an easier model that will allow you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a want than a need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your floors. This powerful robovac/mop combo is a mighty suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. affordable robot vacuum 's also fitted with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is almost full width of the bot and is continuously filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. While it spins the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements and then pumped into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard can hold a substantial amount of water, and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. If you choose this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map a area and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a couple of times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my testing, but this may be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides a lot of functionality at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum, but it still has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a large portion of an area before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs this appliance is fairly dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start a full map and clear everything that's been that is mapped by the device or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like all Roborock models we've examined The Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat manner. Its "Normal" pathing setting covers a room well, without any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify dangers like thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The machine has a major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a good alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. The mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice touch and can help the robot to get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
