Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted won't be compensated for.

The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment into three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks, while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To make them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are several ways to acquire these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition, players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available for it. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
