Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customised using a specialized app to save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of. A mapping function will help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles helps it avoid running over furniture, wires or other toys. These are essential features to have in my home, which is filled with toys that are scattered about. 1. auto vacuum cleaner is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, so it's a natural choice to be with a host of features. It's able to sweep and mop in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming too damp. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to spot pets plants, small objects. The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects. Mopping capabilities are also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also comes with mop lifter technology which lifts the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces. In addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad is capable of rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means that you can put it away and forget about it, only having to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then. All this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've test. It's a robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being the fact that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features make it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify the cost. 2. Dreametech L10S Ultra The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The premium price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that rotate. It has an app-enabled smart controller as well as an advanced obstacle-avoidance system. The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it was able to perform well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without getting caught in. The mops also performed well in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution. However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the water tank to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions. Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I test and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops on the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra. Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base station, dustbag, and water tanks must be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will require replacement every few months. With the L10S Ultra's pricey pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could find however, its cost and frequent maintenance will make it seem more an item to have than one that you actually need. 3. Eufy S1 Pro Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to tidy up mess and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a large battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It's also fitted with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It even comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it moves and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to rinse off the mop pad. The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water, and it can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry. The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums and mops. It does need to be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do within the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do opt for this feature you'll have to purchase the brand-name cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own cleaning products. Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a area and navigated around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at an affordable price. 4. Roborock Qrevo The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, and it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets. The app that runs this appliance is fairly complex, with a broad range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start an entire map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it. Like all the Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is robust that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a systematic way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets with thick padding, but might not be able to identify smaller objects like electrical wires and rug tassels. The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be an issue for those who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping function of the vacuum to remove the last traces of dust and debris left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
