It's the Windows XP or Vista slowness that I mentioned earlier today. It could be because of a alteration in my Internet settings, or malware on my system. It could also be both. But the real reason why my computer's performance is slowed down this much is because I am using the default settings in Outlook, or more specifically the Outlook Express version.
