Buy a Driving License With Code 95

If you are planning to drive a truck in the Netherlands professionally, you must follow a course with code 95 (initial qualification, kwalifikacja Wstepna). This training is completed with a government-approved exam.

The instruction in Code 95 consists of 2 parts: theory and practical training. Through theory you will be taught how to operate a tachograph, the rights and responsibilities of the driver, first aid, the procedure for passing customs inspections and many more.
