The Silver Cross Slumber Bedside Crib Travel Cot

This bedside crib, designed to fit divan beds, is easy to assemble. The instructions can be a bit difficult to follow since there is a specific order you have to follow to place the pieces however MFM users reported that it was easy to follow after they had gotten used to it.

Easy to put together

Silver Cross Slumber is a fantastic travel cot. It's simple to set up and use. It's designed to be a bedside crib, keeping your baby close by all night and allowing you to feed your child without having to get out of bed. It is also lightweight and compact making it ideal to travel with.

Jasmine, a MFM mum who tested the crib at home, loved how it appeared in her bedroom. She also liked the fact that it was durable. She also appreciated the size of the crib, noting that it was bigger than a Moses basket, but not too big. She found it was easy to find bedding for and that the mattress was of high-quality, unlike other mattresses she's seen which feel flimsy or thin.

The mattress is deeper than others and our mom test subject Kathryn was forced to bend to pick her toddler up to go to bed.

It's a bit heavier than some of the other travel cots we've tried, but it's pretty lightweight and compact. It is easy to assemble and its four mesh sides offer ventilation and visibility. It also has a music function, a nightlight, and a changing station. However, our mom test participant Nicola found that her older son Olly did not like these features.
