Many players roll again until they find the characters that they like, regardless of their power. It could be that they like the style or personality of the character.

When you reroll, you need be sure that the changes you are making are clear. You should check locally to see if the patch passes pre-commit and run a Core dev check. The patch should be uploaded with a clear difference to a bug (see What is an interdiff?) ).

Rerolls could take days or weeks to complete, based on the luck you have. During this time, you should avoid any optional enemy camps to cut down on time. In addition you should not re-do any quests that can be completed later in the game. This will save time and energy.

Another important aspect to consider when rerolling is making sure you are aware of the upgrade system. There are numerous ways to enhance your character's appearance and power. Sets

A set is a group of objects with common-2 attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen or the members of the class). Sets allow for operations like intersection, union and distinction.

Upgrades make a set more effective than it was prior to. For armor and weapons this means it will gain an increased base defense value, less strength requirements and a lower requirement for level.

Upgrading can be an excellent method of bringing popular single-set items to the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. For instance upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to Elite Spired Helm can increase the defense from 217 to 321 and reduces the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.

It is important to keep in mind that not all items in an assortment can be upgraded. Some sets, such as the FB Sorc spec's Whistan's Shield or Naj's Puzzler staff, are already exceptional and elite in their individual ways and do not require any upgrades. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and are used frequently (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their performance. For these kinds of items, it could be worth the cost to upgrade them.
